Yamarita is generally what I do with left-over boiled yam. I like to think of it as the best aspect that could manifest to boiled yam. Either that or I even have to put together it from scratch.
Step 1 Peel off the returned of the yam, slice to any size, shapes, and boil for approximately 15 minutes. It must be soft and nicely cooked. Drain and permit to cool.
Step 2 Mix all of the spices in a bowl and whisk inside the three eggs (ginger, garlic, pepper, sweetener, salt plus the three eggs.
Whisk all well together and immerse the boiled yam in it.
Set your frying pan on the heat and add simply 300ml of vegetable oil. Allow to heat for about 1 minute. Immerse the boiled yam in your spiced batter and flip. Drop into the hot oil and fry.
Fry and flip, don’t permit to burn. You can use a spoon to apply more of the spiced barter while it fries. I like it heavily covered.
Then serve with your preferred sauce and juice. Grilled fish or bird is a welcome addition.
